Burrgon Series
Burrgon 100:
This machine is suitable to deburr small parts such as small gears maximum diameter of 40 mm.
Parts with cross holes, both ferrous and non ferrous can be done. The process is controlled with a panel timer
Burrgon 100 P:
This machine is suitable to deburr small parts such as small gears maximum diameter of 40mm.
Parts with cross holes, both ferrous and non ferrous can be done.
The process is controlled with PLC with 7" touch screen HMI.
Burrgon 100 P V2:
This machine is suitable to deburr small parts such as small gears maximum diameter of 40mm.

Burrgon 300/500:
This machine suitable to deburr larger parts.
It has two workstations which can be controlled simultaneously or individually. Both ferrous and non ferrous can be done.
Burrgon -M
It is mechanical burr breaking machine. This is a preprocess further to which a secondary operation can be done to give an edge radius.
Process:
A slow high torqued rotation of the work piece while the tool is held at a right position. A loud breaking sound is heard when the burr breaks.
Posh-B
It is a surface polishing machine. Stainless steel of any grade can be uses.
Process: it is a cold ionic surface polishing machine. The chemical used is a salt based solution without the use of any acids. The solution works only ag 12 c temperature.
The parts to be polished are dipped in into the tank for a fixed cycle time.
