Robotic Sense for Automation – Investigator is an intelligent Droid to read, communicate product data and facilitate independent operations for better management. 

The ROSA-I Droid works on visual libraries which can understand missing operation, offset profiles greater than 0.1mm , Gear teeth offset, Burr detection and flash detection.

In the above case, the droid takes a real time image and displays a canny image by inspecting only it’s edges.

RoSA – I uses the taught image as reference, compares with the current view of the work piece and transmits any dimensional anomalies to the operator and the remote management system.
