Overfill Prevention System:
A float assembly automatically stops suction while allowing pump to continues discharge.
Advantages:
Elimination of paper band filter and magnetic separator. Avoid contamination of coolant after grinding.
Better accuracy and consistency of grinding process and machining process.
Longer coolant life as coolant gets aeriated, kills bacteria and improves tool life.

Independent filter
Atom-Sr.
Atom-Sr. is designed to remove coolant, swarf and oil form machine tool sump, separates particles, and returns clean filtered coolant back to the tank. This process is done continuously by using a power module for suction and an independent pump for return.
APPLICATIONS:
Atom-Sr. can be used as a maintenance machine, where one can wheel it around between machines an clean coolant from its tanks.
Atom-Sr. can be used for coolant disposal.
Atom-Sr. can be used on any type of media which is not corrosive.
CONTINUOUS SUCTION FILTER:
The suction rate of the machine is over 2 liters per second with continuous discharge as mentioned below.
INDEPENDENT FILTER:
Atom-Sr. independent filter enables 37 liters of swarf to be collected and easily removed.
Atom -D :
Atom-D is part dryer. This can be used for drying a part after machining or washing.
This will avoid pneumatic air blast to dry the part.
Atom J :
Atom J is a coolant tank cleaning machine
It can suck coolant and the chips from a coolant tank and pump the clean coolant back into the tank.
It can be easily wheeled around in compact zones.
It comes with a stainless steel 150 microns filter basket.
