Ashwin is a pure science graduate from Bangalore University and holds an MBA from the prestigious Indiana University, Pennsylvania - PES programme. He is passionate about leveraging technology to develop innovative products and believes science provides the foundation for meaningful engineering solutions. His management background has given him a global perspective on business, which he applies effectively to the Indian manufacturing context. He is constantly working on new developments and maintains innovation as his guiding principle.

Ashwin is the founder of The School of Martial Arts, a 26-year institution dedicated to teaching traditional martial arts in the contemporary environment. He holds the national Muay Thai title for 2023 and 2024. His commitment to social impact is reflected in his work with special needs children, for which he holds a diploma in inclusive education from the Spastics Society of India. Travelling, trekking, teaching and training remain his motivating activities.

Meetali is a graduate in English Literature and has earned a certificate in Entrepreneurship from IIM, Bangalore. An engineer at heart, she is deeply committed to product and process improvement in manufacturing. She is dedicated to promoting women's participation in the manufacturing sector and is actively creating an encouraging and inclusive environment for women in industry.

Recognizing that manufacturing, despite its seemingly stern appearance, is peppered with comical and inspiring incidents that enliven stressful work lives, Meetali is documenting these anecdotes in a collection called Manufacturing Stories. In her creative pursuits, she designs handmade upcycled objects and continues to explore craft, tools, and practical making.

Meetali is among the founding members of Women of WACIA (Whitefield Area Commerce and Industries Association) and the Attibele Industries Association. She serves on the Executive Council of the Fluid Power Society of India and has been Chairperson of the Fluid Power Technical Seminar since 2024.
